Absolutely! While our specialty is dog and cat portraits, we are happy to create custom portraits for any pet or animal. Just follow the same ordering process and upload photos of your pet.

Yes, we provide a digital proof of the portrait for your approval before finalizing it. This way, you can ensure that you are happy with the artwork before it is completed and shipped.

Once your portrait is done, you will receive a notification via email with the proof for your approval. Please ensure to check your spam/junk/promotions folder for an email from us.

Absolutely! Some of our products have an option to choose up to three pets per portrait. If you would like to have more than three pets please drop us a message before ordering.

Sure! Any updates or changes must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate requests for additional accessories, or additional elements to your chosen portrait option to maintain consistency.

We may be able to edit out small marks, but major changes like opening a closed mouth or adding floppy ears are not possible.

If your pet is wearing an accessory, like a collar, in the original photo, it will be included in the final portrait. If you’d rather have a portrait without any accessory just send us a photo of your pet without it.

Yes, we offer several framing options. You can choose to have your portrait framed in a variety of styles and colors during the checkout process.

To care for your framed portrait, keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and dust the frame regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water on the frame.

In Frame: All features (e.g., ears) should be fully in the frame.

Our team checks all photos when orders are placed. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email promptly. If a new photo is needed, it may delay your delivery by a few days.

Please note, if you decline to provide a new photo after being informed of potential quality issues, we cannot offer a refund. It’s your responsibility to ensure satisfaction with the photo you submit. All examples on our website were created using high-quality photos.

Yes, all orders come with tracking. You will receive the tracking number once your order is dispatched. This way, you can monitor your package's progress and know exactly when to expect it. Rest assured, we provide this service to keep you informed every step of the way, from the moment your order ships until it arrives at your doorstep.

The creation process typically takes 2-5 working days prior to shipping. Once completed, shipping times vary based on your location, usually taking an additional 3-7 business days. For a detailed view on shipping times please visit our Shipping Times page.

As our portrait products are customized, production commences promptly upon receipt of your order.

To cancel an order, please drop us a message via our contact page within 30 minutes of placing your order. Refunds will be processed at our discretion. After the initial 30-minute window has elapsed, it is no longer feasible to request a cancellation of your order.

While we aim to ship all your items together, sometimes one item in your order is finished earlier and sent out first. Rest assure if that occurs you will be notified and provided a tracking number for each item.

Given the personalized nature of the products we create at Unpaws, we are unable to accept returns.

Should you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it without hesitation. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is one of our core values, and we are committed to ensuring you are pleased with the final result.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your portrait, which is why we're proud to offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. This way, you can feel assured that you'll receive a product you truly love.
