Returns and Refunds Policy

Given the personalized nature of the products we create at Unpaws, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece of custom artwork is crafted with great care, tailored uniquely to you and your pet.

If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is one of our core values, and we are committed to ensuring you are pleased with the final result.

Should you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it without hesitation. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel or modify it, you can do so within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, cancellation and change requests will be considered at our discretion, as our artists often begin working on your order immediately.

When creating your artwork, we use the photo you provided with your order. If you do not follow our photography guidelines, we cannot offer a resolution. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that meets our submission criteria. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. You may include notes with your order for special instructions, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled, such as altering a photo to open or close a mouth or add a smile. We can, however, accommodate other minor requests like background color change, font, or adding a halo.

Please note that all examples on our site were made using high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish displayed on our site.
